We have already ordered several times for delivery and were delighted with the food. Today we had reserved for 9 people on site and had a great evening! The food was very good, the staff attentive and the owner courteous. It is difficult to understand the sometimes very negative reviews. The prices are fair and the quality is extremely good. There are numerous German restaurants in Leipzig that do not achieve this level of hospitality. A visit is a must, if you don't have a little patience with fresh dishes, you should stick to classic fast food. We had an extremely successful evening!

We showed up spontaneously in the restaurant on Friday evening. Everything was actually full, but we were able to get a table in a separate room. It looked a bit like a storage room, mixed with a wine cellar and living room, but okay, we were happy to have a seat. Sometimes it was not far from the action with a direct view towards Tressen and always a little quieter than in the really full dining room. So it's worth making a reservation. We were received and served very friendly and quickly. The food was really good. For us it was Georgian cuisine for the first time, now we are very excited. In terms of price, we also found it very reasonable. I think we will definitely be back to try many more dishes that are unknown to us. So a clear recommendation from us! And keep it up!

This was the first time we tried Georgian cuisine and it was a revelation! We can highly recommend Ojahuri and Chakapuli!

We love Georgia, we are very fond of Georgian cuisine! Finally there is a Georgian restaurant in Leipzig! The menu is small but offers the most famous dishes in Georgia. Khinkali, Khartscho, Hatschapuri, Pkhali, Schaschlyk and, and, and. Everything very tasty, very Georgian! You can also try Georgian drinks here. We recommend Borjomi mineral water and Tarkhun Lumonade (with tarragon). For wine lovers there are of course beautiful wines from Georgia, the oldest wine-growing region in the world (!!!) Great food, the owner plays the piano later on. You should bring a little time with you, also a small garden in the back.

Service is excellent, the food tastes good. Unfortunately, the shashlik wasn't grilled on charcoal then it gave it 5 stars.

Food was delicious, service was super friendly, price / performance ratio was still reasonable, but at the upper limit. Unfortunately there was some odor in the meantime from the toilet region -> 4 stars

Unfortunately not a typical restaurant ...... visiting friends! Everything very warm, kitchen unbeatable, plate decoration very appealing and nothing stands in the way of gluttony. Small card that opens up endless delicacies on request. Thank you for this experience!

The place is nice. Khachapuri is just plan Lamb meat cooked on an electric grill.... :( And they said it's marinated, but it doesn't taste anything. The Lobio is a simple bean soup too much watered. We choose those 2 dishes as they are the famous traditional ones, expecting great tastes.. And, actually is not cheap.

Since I was a kid, I have been eating Georgian food with my grandparents. I was heartbroken here as I could not taste the same love with which Georgian food is usually cooked. The wine was beautiful, then we had the Khachapuri which was a plain version, the lamb Shashlik which was bland as I could not taste the marinade and the Lobio which unfortunately seemed to us as just hot water with some beans and spices. I was told that I didn't like it because of my taste which made be very disappointed.

We were greeted very friendly, despite being late on our part. The service is very friendly and courteous .. the cozy atmosphere invites you to linger. All dishes are freshly prepared. The typical Georgian cuisine with its typical spices is a delight for the palate. The meat dishes were super tender and literally melted on the tongue. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back ..

Very good restaurant with amazing and tasty georgian food.

It was our first time in the new restaurant on Grassistrasse. The new Chito Gvrito is very central, easily accessible by car and on foot. Freshly prepared dishes with lots of fresh herbs, good Georgian wine, a live piano concert, great table discussions! We had a cozy evening at Chito Gvrito Leipzig. It's a shame that there are some negative reviews. Despite the temporary lack of staff associated with the expansion of the restaurant, the team is very friendly and responds to every guest. It is definitely not recommended for those who are used to fast food. Here the dishes are freshly prepared, which takes some time. However, if you like good wine and long table discussions, this restaurant is just the thing! We wish the team every success in the new place! And don't be confused by reviews - you are not a snack bar, remain authentic and stylish! THANKS once again for the evening!

We had the menu for 2 person and the red. Everything was truly delicious and we‘ll definitely come back!

Something else. Food tastes but the fried potatoes still have to be practiced, service is nice, you get explanations to the food (if the intern will not serve), if it gets really busy then the service will not work so well, nice atmosphere. All in all a nice restaurant with air upstairs.

6-course menu from Groupon is top! Sitzmöglichlkeit in the old bus is a great idea! It was great :)

Nice, small restaurant. We were there during the week and, surprisingly, we were not the only guests. You have to find the restaurant first! The food was okay, but definitely too low in salt and quite greasy due to proper butter. The Georgian wine tasted and the waitress took care of us. The prices are okay.

The food ia great! ❤ The staff is awesome! I highly recommend this place!
